If you receive a reminder for an unpaid invoice, it means that we have not received the full outstanding amount before the expiration date. The original expiration date is always 30 days after the invoice was delivered to you. We do take the possibility that you may have simply forgotten about the invoice into account. This is why we always grant you with a couple of extra days to make the payment after you have received a reminder. The new expiration date is stated on the invoice. Please pay within this timeframe to avoid additional costs.
