Depending on the agreement with your healthcare provider, we will check whether your insurance company (partially) covers your invoice. If so, you will see the reimbursement deducted on your invoice and you will only have to pay the remaining amount.
If your expenses were not or only partially covered and you believe that you are entitled to a different amount, then please contact your insurance company.
